All Saints Igbo Anglican Church (ASIAC)
~Help ASIAC make its Journey to “The Promised Land” ~
¨ Like the Israelites of old, the Igbo Anglicans’ journey to “the promised land” (in quest of their own Church) has been a very long and rough one that started since the 1970s.
¨ Yes, we, the Igbo/Nigerian Anglicans in Washington Metropolitan Area, have finally embarked on the construction of the Igbo Anglican Church that caters for spiritual needs of all people—a loving, caring, nurturing and supportive Christian fellowship Center where everyone, within the community and in Washington Metro Area, is welcome in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
¨ We understand that the challenges of building our own Church is enormous; yet we are encouraged by St. Paul’s message that says: “God is able to make all grace abound towards us, that having all sufficiency in all things, may have abundance for every good work” (2 Corinthians 9:8).
¨ Initial Estimates indicate that it would cost about $2 million (two million US dollars) to complete the construction of the Church.
¨ For this reason, we are asking for your tax-deductible donation and financial contributions as well as your God-inspired prayers that would encourage the completion of this new Church.
¨ All Saints Igbo Anglican Church would show its appreciation and would recognize your lofty donation of $2,000 or more by engraving your name on the Plaque that will remain in the Church for generations to come.
¨ We sincerely request your presence at this fundraising event to meet the ASIAC family, witness some of its ministries and activities, and meet other Christian friends from all over the world.
¨ If you are unable to attend this event, please send your charitable donations to ASIAC in the enclosed self addressed envelope. Or make your donation on-line
¨ May the Almighty God continue to bless you as you support, and contribute towards this noble cause.
